I have a display issue (lyrics, background...)

If you're having issues with the display (such as the lyrics or the background not showing up), please try the following steps before reaching our technical support:

1. Make sure you have a Graphic Card that's compatible with Direct X and Direct 3D (KaraFun Player does not work on netbooks or Tablet PCs).
2. Make sure you have the latest version of Direct X installed on your computer
3. Try to turn off the background animations and restart KaraFun Player (under Preferences, Display, and reduce the background lightness to minimum)
4. Make sure you're playing a file that's compatible with KaraFun Player (if the display is working with other files such as the online karaoke songs, chances are high the file you're trying to play is broken)
